Refunds

We at Tilden Ross Jewelers want everybody to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return for an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price as long as the piece has not been worn, altered in any manner or specially ordered.

If the piece of jewelry becomes defective (for example, a diamond falls out) but does not meet the above criteria for a refund, Tilden Ross will repair or replace the missing parts at no charge. This warranty will be for a period of time at the sole discretion of Tilden Ross and will be based on but not limited to the amount of time since the purchase and the wear and tear of the product.

There are no refunds on shipping charges.

 

Special Orders and Refunds on Special Orders

Special orders are orders for products that is not in stock at the time of the order. We ask you to place your special orders carefully especially personalized and monogrammed items. Please call our staff for assistance and we will be glad to help you with your choices. There are no refunds on special orders and if we began to process your special order, it cannot be cancelled.
